The Journey

Okay, been awhile since I blogged and probably just as long since I've been to the gym. So I'm going to blog my nights to the gym and my progress. I need some kind of motivation.

So last night I went to the gym worked out for an hour and a half including cardio, and walked the dogs. Oh my gosh, I think the pain I'm feeling will keep me going just so I don't have to feel it again, UGHH!!!!

Tonight I walked the dogs for about 2 miles. Ate pretty good, really tried to cut down on the portion size. Drank lots of water!!!

So I think all in all, been a good start. Always a good starter though!!! Go me!!!
